Safety and Health Management System
We have established safety and health management policies, hierarchy-based roles and behavioral principles to build a safe management environment. Additionally, we set medium to long-term safety and health goals and annual implementation plans.
We conduct mandatory safety and health training and emergency response drills for all employees to establish a risk response system. Moreover, we operate practical communication channels, such as quarterly meetings with contractors, to address grievances, collect opinions, and share experiences from the field and contractors.

Human Rights Management Framework
To create a culture of respect for human rights among stakeholders, we have established human rights policies that openly support international principles. To internalize a culture of human rights management, we regularly conduct mandatory human rights education for all employees, and operate ethical management channels and grievance handling committees to establish fair grievance handling processes and develop measures to reduce human rights risks and prevent recurrence.
